Weight gain,obesity ,not able to reduce wait… In a era where people are so busy in their life where all the hand work is taken by machine , the world is growing at a faster rate here are some people who is struggling with their weight issues. and i am one of you. i have always been categorised as an overweight child since my childhood ..i use to love eating and just live my life to the fullest.  On the second hand my parents was worried for my weight loss.

My Weight Loss Journey

As a grow up i went to college , met new people and realised how important is it to be look good.  So i as warrior i decided to quit eating junk food and switch on to a healthy diet, Although initially it was very very tough for a person like me but i starting being habitual with time. BUT over a time i realised that it will take more time to loose weight  with diet only. i searches=d google, saw some videos , ask the experts and with all those things i concluded that one can loos weight and maintain a healthy body with a proper diet and work balance.

Tips

70% of diet and 30% of workout ( which can be gymming,cycling,racing,swimming,walking) is necessary to loose weight. So i took a diet plan from a near by nutritionist and joined a gym. i worked hard and my best for just 3 months and imagine what i finally get the results and that to at a good level. i was extremely happy. my parents ,friends , relatives starting admiring me and now i am so confidence and comfortable with my body.

Now i see myself completely at a different level and realised that being a food lover doesn’t mean that you cant stay fit. ALL JUST NEED IS A RIGHT DIET AND A WORKOUT. IN SHORT ‘ A PROPER WORK LIFE BALANCE’ IS REQUIRED..
